摘要:存货管理是企业管理的一个重要的组成部分。但是，由于外部环境的影响和内部管理的缺陷，导致了很多中小型企业忽视了存货管理对提高企业管理水平、提升企业竞争力和促进其长远发展的作用，这在一定程度上影响了企业的生存与发展。

　　　本文选取合肥华威自动化有限公司为研究对象，一个电力设备制造型企业为研究对象，综合运用了调查访谈法、文献综述法以及理论与实际结合法来收集信息。通过查看和分析关于存货管理的文献资料，结合合肥华威自动化有限公司实际情况，分析其存货管理过程中存在的问题，并结合实际提出改善其存货管理，提出解决存在问题的措施与建议，以提高合肥华威自动化有限公司的存货管理水平，从而使企业走上更长远的发展道路。通过研究希望达到以点带面的目的，解决相类似企业的共性问题，再推而广之，为广大的电力设备制造型企业服务。

Abstract:Inventory management is an important part of enterprise management. However, due to defects in the influence of the external environment and internal management, leading to a lot of small and medium enterprises ignore the inventory management to improve enterprise management level, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and promote the long-term development, which affects the survival and development of enterprises to a certain extent.

　　　This paper selects Hefei Huawei Automation Co. Ltd as the research object, a power equipment manufacturing enterprises as the research object, the integrated use of the survey interviews, literature review and theoretical and practical method to collect information. Through the review and Analysis on the inventory management literature, combined with the actual situation of Hefei Huawei Automation Ltd., analysis of the existing problems in the process of its inventory management, and proposes to improve the inventory management, measures and suggestions were put forward the existing problems, in order to improve the automation of Hefei Huawei Company inventory management level, so as to make the enterprise on a more long-term development path. Through the study of hope to the objective, solve common problems, similar enterprises to give extended application, manufacturing enterprise services for the power equipment general.
