摘  要:我国从改革开放到今天，中小企业经过漫长地发展，已经成为了我国国民经济的重要组成部分，成为了我国经济持续、快速发展的动力之源，更成为推动我国国民经济持续、健康、稳定、快速增长的重要力量。而且在调整我国的经济结构、扩大如今的社会就业、发展各个地方经济、增加国家财政收入、培养出优秀的企业家队伍等方面都发挥着越来越重要的作用，呈现出前所未有的强大生命力。本文着重研究我国重庆市中小企业融资环境的现状并通过研究探讨找出形成此现状的深层原因,通过借鉴国内外在解决这一问题上的先进经验与方法,结合如今我国的经济特点, 尝试着去找出一些现实有效的对策。以期能够通过不断研究对解决这一难题有所帮助,使我国的中小企业进一步发展能真正的摆脱融资困境所带来的的影响, 充分施展其独特的魅力促进我国的国民经济发展,为我国的经济腾飞、民族振兴做出更加卓越醒目的的贡献。

ABSTRACT:In our country since the reform and opening up, small and medium-sized enterprises (smes) after rapid development, has become an important part of national economy, as China's sustained, rapid economic development of the source of power, become to promote China's national economy sustained, healthy, stable and rapid growth of important force, and in the adjustment of economic structure, expanding employment, developing the local economy, increase revenues, cultivate entrepreneur team are playing an increasingly important role, showing a strong vitality. This paper studies the status quo of small and medium-sized enterprise financing environment in chongqing, China, and find out the deep reason of the status quo, through draw lessons from domestic and international advanced experience on solving this problem and the method, combining with the characteristics of nowadays our country's economy and the present situation, try to find out some practical and effective countermeasures. Hope to help solve this problem through continuous research, makes the further development of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country can really get rid of the influence of the financing dilemma, fully display its unique charm to promote our country's national economic development, for our country's economic take-off, more outstanding prominent contributions to the rejuvenation.
