摘要:单片机在电子产品中的应用已经越来越广泛,并且在很多电子产品中也将其用到温度检测和温度控制。为此本系统利用Protues仿真平台,设计了基于51单片机的温度测控和显示系统。该系统利用AT89C51单片机分别采集各个温度点的温度,实现温度显示、控制、报警等功能。它以AT89C51单片机为主控制芯片,采用数字温度传感器DS18B20实现温度的检测,测量精度可以达到0.5℃,可自行设置温度上下限。单片机将检测到的温度信号与通过键盘矩阵输入的温度上、下限进行比较,由此作出来对数码管的状态进行改变,同时进行声音报警。该系统采用了1602液晶显示模块,形象直观的显示测出的温度值。本系统还加了一个实时显示的电子时钟模块,采用了DS1302时钟芯片,也通过1602液晶进行实时显示。 关键词:Protues仿真;AT89C51;DS18B20;温度控制

单片机作为系统开发的核心器件,其系统设计包括硬件电路设计和程序设计,调试过程一般分为软件调试、硬件测试、系统调试3个过程。软件调试一般比较容易进行,但如果要进行硬件电路测试和系统调试则比较麻烦,因为要进行这2个过程必须在电路板制作完成、元器件焊接完毕之后进行,而且电路板的制作、元器件的安装、焊接费时费力。如果采用单片机系统仿真软件Proteus,则不用制作具体的电路板也能够完成以上工作,可以提高开发效率、降低开发成本、提高开发速度。本设计是基于PROTEUS仿真,设计了一种用单片机、数学温度传感器、矩阵键盘输入实现的温控系统,该系统不仅可以测得温度的数字值,而且会及时的对温度进行控制,系统具有简单方便、准确可靠,实时性强、可扩展性好等优点。
