摘要:小型灭火机器人能完成人们期望的机器人灭火功能,受到人们极大重视。本文基于单片机完成了灭火机器人硬件系统设计。该灭火机器人由STC89C51单片机芯片作为控制核心,通过避障传感器连接电压比较器输出电平由单片机处理后实现避障,当达到火源边界,通过火焰传感器检测到的信号,单片机启动灭火程序,有效完成灭火功能。左右轮电机用于驱动车轮的转动,另有L298N智能电机驱动芯片,二者相互配合,完美的实现自动前进、后退、转弯等功能。红外传感器用于采集光信号与单片机配合实现避障功能,火焰传感器和温度感应器用来寻找、锁定火源,通过单片机控制风扇来进行灭火工作。通过实验证明系统设计是成功的,达到了预期的目的。 关键词:STC89C51;灭火机器人;火焰传感器
Abstract:Small fire-fighting robot is expected to complete the fire fighting robot function by the great attention.this article the fire fighting robot hardware system design is based on single chip.The STC89C51 single chip is used as the main controller of the fire fighting robot,according to the sensor connected with a voltage comparator to output low and high transmission, When the fire source reached the border,through the sensor signal to the microcontroller to start the fire fighting procedures, effectively complete fire fighting. The left and right motor are used to drive the wheels turning, and another smart L298N Motor Driver IC coordinates with each other, achieve the perfect automatic forward and backward, turning functions. One of infrared sensors is used to collect optical signals with single-chip implementation with the obstacle avoidance function. Flame sensors and temperature sensors are used to search and find out fire source for fighting fire.Through single-chip mircomputer a fans is controller extinguishing fire.By experiments the systems has also been successfully,final can control electric machine to achieve fire extinguishing.
