摘要:自从19世纪出现汽车以来,汽车行业随着现代科技技术的发展有了质的飞跃,随着社会的发展,人们生活水平的提高,人们对汽车的需求量也逐渐加大,随之而来的便是汽车的保养,其中汽车的清洗便是不可缺少的内容。然而传统的人工洗车并不理想、极大的浪费人力物力和自然资源得同时,也会对汽车造成损害,。本次设计就是采用PLC控制,利用定时器,通过线路的通断来实现汽车自动及手动清洗流程,该系统实现了对汽车的清洗、刷洗、喷蜡和烘干。并给出系统的硬件设计和软件设计,通过系统仿真实验发现基于PLC汽车清洗装置控制系统的可靠性,从而缩短汽车清洗的时间,大大提高了工作效益,具有很好社会实用性。它可以最大限度的节省洗车的人力、物力资源,并且满足不同的客户需求,同时它可以高效、准确的完成洗车任务,为客户提供便利的服务,而且极大限度的节约水资源,符合当代建设节约型社会的时代需要。本次汽车清洗自动系统结构简单,成本低,适合不同场合的需求,尤其是中小型汽车美容中心。本论文主要由汽车清洗装置设计方案、PLC间的比较以及运行程序等部分组成。 关键词: PLC; 汽车; 自动化
Abstract:Since the 19th century, the birth of the first car, the automotive industry with the development of modern technology has been a qualitative leap with the development,improvement of people's living standard, the demand for cars has gradually increased, along with from the maintenance of the car, cleaning of the car is an indispensable element in However, the traditional manual car washing effect is not ideal, a great waste of money, manpower and natural resources. The design is PLC control, use the timer, the line off the car's automatic and manual cleaning process, the car cleaning, scrubbing, spray wax and drying. And gives the system's hardware design and software design, system simulation experiments found that the reliability of the control system based on PLC auto cleaning device, thus shortening the time of the car wash, greatly improving the effectiveness of the work, with the practicality of a good society. It can maximize the saving of manpower, material resources of the car wash, and to meet different customer needs, and it can be efficient, accurate and complete car wash task, to provide customers with the convenience, but also greatly limits the conservation of water resources, in line with the contemporary construction of saving social needs of the times. The cars automatic cleaning system structure is simple, low cost, suitable for the needs of different occasions, especially small and medium-sized car beauty center. 当今社会的进步离不开服务行业的进步,服务行业的进步又离不开科学技术的支撑,PLC技术对于各种服务行业来说,是一种具有超前的意义的技术,它为服务行业带来了有利的发展方向。随着人们生活水平的提高,人们的汽车的清洗已经不仅仅停留在对汽车进行简单的冲洗,而是有更高层次的要求。 然而传统的人工洗车方式过于繁杂,浪费人力和物力的同事,又不能达到客户的满足。所以本设计利用PLC控制的隧道式汽车自动清洗装置,就避免了传统洗车的缺陷。洗车过程由PLC控制的着传送带负载着轿车在洗车隧道中进行,分为检测车型的大小、冲水、喷洗车剂、刷洗、次洗、烘干、喷洒亮光蜡、再次烘干。整个过程可在十七分钟内完成,且启动之后无需由人控制,实现真正的全自动。整个过程由传送带运载着汽车在隧道中进行,遇到每个限位开关,传送带就会停止进行该限位开关对应的操作,从而解决了传统洗车洗车慢、伤车身,浪费水等缺点,也极大地满足客户对汽车保养的需求。
