摘要:近年来，我国经济持续稳步发展，使人们的生活水平逐步提高，人们也更注重于追求生活质量。建筑装饰业在这一大背景下受到人们极大的关注，该行业企业要想在市场竞争中更快更好地发展，在提高自身服务水平外，特别要做好企业的财务管理工作。

　　　本文以日照亿佳机电设备有限公司（下文简称日照亿佳有限公司）作为研究对象，运用财务管理相关理论知识，在查阅大量文献、实际调查访问、运用理论结合实际的方法的基础上对日照亿佳有限公司的财务管理问题展开了详细分析。本论文首先阐述了财务管理的相关理论，进而对公司状况作了全面分析，由此了解到日照亿佳有限公司存在融资渠道单一、投资管理不规范、经营管理不科学等问题。最后，论文针对日照亿佳有限公司的上述问题提出了了一系列解决措施，主要包括进行融资战略规划、引入科学投资方法、提高经营管理水平等。此外，论文还总结了实施这些措施的难点，并提出公司应该健全内部控制制度、建立完善的财务监控体系的有效建议。

　　　通过对日照亿佳有限公司财务管理问题的分析和解决措施的提出，能够对公司的健康发展起到一定的指导作用。也希望能通过本文的研究对我国同类企业的财务管理工作起到一些借鉴意作用。

Abstract:Recent years, with the rapid development of the economy in our country, people’s life standard has got improved gradually and people focus more on their life quality. Under this background, architectural decoration industry begins to get people’s attention. And in order to get better and faster development under the fierce market competition, this industry not only has to improve its service level, but also has to do financial management work very well. 

    This paper chooses Rizhao Yijia Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Limited Company(will be called Rizhao Yijia Limited Company in the following part) as a study subject and provides a detailed analysis about Rizhao Yijia Limited Company’s financial management problems by using some related knowledge and theories of financial management. And the study is conducted on the basis of referring to a lot of bibliographies, donging practical surveys and researches and using the method of combining theory with reality. Firstly, this paper states the related theories about financial management and then analyzes the company’s conditions comprehensively. By doing this, many problems in Rizhao Yijia Limited Company can be found such as insufficient financing channels, less standard investment management and unscientific management. Finally, this paper puts forward a series of solutions to Rizhao Yijia Limited Company’s problems, which include planning for financial strategy, introducing scientific investment methods, and improving operational management level. In addition, the paper also concludes the difficulties of performing those methods and further sets forth effective suggestions that the company should perfect its inner control system and build up a sound financial monitoring system.

　　　By analyzing the financial management problems in Rizhao Yijia Limited Company and putting forward related solutions, guiding function to the company’s healthy development can be achieved. What’s more, through the study in this paper, reference function to the financial management work of other similar companies is also expected.
