摘 要:随着我国国民经济的不断快速发展，基建投资项目亦呈现不断上升的趋势，建筑产业已经成为我国国民经济的重要组成部分。通过二十多年的发展，工程监理行业逐渐成为工程建设领域的主体之一，建筑工程的质量控制是监理工作的核心。工程监理作为监督工程质量的第三方角色，是监理工作中永恒不变的最主要的主题，是保证工程质量的关键环节，因此一定要摆正正确的位置，如何做到更好地开展其工作，发挥其作用，就显得非常重要了，如果监理工作没有做到位，那么会给建筑工程的质量留下相当大的安全隐患。

　　　本文首先在查阅基础理论资料的基础上阐述了工程监理质量控制的研究背景和意义，以及国内外工程监理质量控制的现状，叙述了本文的研究方法和内容。

    其次，介绍了工程监理及质量控制的含义以及相关理论。

    最后，仔细分析苏州凯宾斯基大酒店项目监理在各个环节质量控制的主要影响因素和主要内容。通过对苏州凯宾斯基大酒店项目的案例的研究，说明监理质量控制的存在的问题以及对策建议，希望通过论述，起到借鉴作用，促进工程项目质量达到指定要求，保障人们的生命和财产安全。

Abstract:Along with the continuously rapid development of national economy, infrastructure investment program also showed a trend of rising, the construction industry has become an important part of the national economy. Through 20 years of development, construction supervision industry gradually become one of the main body in the field of engineering construction, construction engineering quality control is the core of supervision work. Engineering supervision as a third-party role, supervision and construction quality is the constant supervision of the main theme, is the key link to ensure the quality of engineering, so be sure to adjust the correct position, how to do better in their work, to play its role, it is very important, if the supervision work didn't do it, so the quality of construction projects will have considerable potential safety hazard.

　　　This paper on the basis of the data access basic theory expounded the research background and significance of the construction supervision quality control, as well as the present situation of the construction supervision quality control, both at home and abroad is described in this paper the research methods and contents.

　　　Secondly, this paper introduces the concept of construction supervision and quality control and quality control means, and relevant theories.

　　　Finally, a careful analysis of Kaibinsiji hotel Suzhou project supervision in each link quality control in the main influence factors and main contents of supervision quality control process. Through case studies of Kaibinsiji hotel Suzhou project, illustrate the supervision quality control of the existing problems and countermeasures, hope that through this, a reference to promote the project quality to meet the specified requirements, to ensure the safety of people's lives and property.
