摘要:库存管理是一个企业在运营管理活动中的一个核心。那么好的库存管理往往标志着企业的良好运作。财务、营销、运营都是十分注重有效的库存管理。粗糙的库存管理不仅会妨碍企业正常的生产运作、降低客户的满意度；还会增加企业的运作成本。为了使企业能够顺畅的运作生产，就必须将库存管理放到相当重要的位置。

    A企业是一家刚刚开始运营的企业，缺乏现代化管理手段，尤其是在供应链和库存管理方面都比较粗条，主要是依靠决策者的经验和对市场需求的估计进行管理个规划，本文以A企业为研究对象进行分析其库存控制方面的问题，同时提出意见和管理方法。其次是将这些库存控制方法在企业中的作用进行分析和阐述。

ABSTRACT:Inventory management is a core of an enterprise operation and management activities. So good inventory management is often marked the good functioning of the enterprise. Finance, marketing, operations are paid great attention to good inventory management. A企业是一家刚刚起步运营的企业，企业成立于2011年初，到目前经营状况还算良好，员工人数在八十人左右。但是因为其地处西北的新疆，所以缺乏现代化管理手段，尤其是在库存管理和供应链方面就相当的粗放，主要是依靠决策者的经验和对市场需求的估计。随着A企业的发展，精细化管理也是刻不容缓的。

　　　A企业的库存主要是防盗门的门板和成品 ，由于目前该企业是当地唯一的防盗门生产企业，所以成品的库存就相对原料门板算是比较少的。所以就主要以防盗门原料门板进行分析。如何进行好的有效的库存管理，而且在保证企业生产经营的状况下要使库存量经常保持在科学合理的水平上；掌握库存的动态信息，适时适量的订购货物，尽量避免缺货或者超储；减少库存的占用和降低库存的总体费用；加速资金周转、控制库存占用的资金。这些都是A企业还需要解决的一些关键问题。
