摘要:中国钢铁工业的能源消耗占全国总能耗的10%—15%,目前主要钢铁的生产流程为炼铁工序、炼钢工序,其中炼钢工艺约占整个钢铁工艺流程的30%。而炼钢行业中二氧化碳的排放占据了我国总二氧化碳排放量的大约13%,由此可知发展环境友好型钢铁冶炼工艺是一个严峻而迫切的问题。目前,大多数的钢铁冶炼副产品如矿渣、气体、灰尘等被尽可能有效的利用。然而,许多在高温下反应产生的副产物—热并没有被完全利用,特别是与矿渣相关的热几乎没有被利用。因此,有必要加大炼钢行业中能量回收利用的技术和资金力度,从而减少我国的能源消耗和二氧化碳的排放。

   本研究的最终目标是开发新的利用转炉钢渣余热和FeO在没有任何其他能源供应的情况下生产H2的技术。在目前的研究中,我们先对炼钢渣的利用和生产H2过程的最近的研究发展进行综述,通过计算机进行了钢渣与水蒸气反应的热力学计算,采用了在微波加热条件研究钢渣与水蒸气反应的方法,得到如下结论:

    ①热力学的理论分析计算:随着温度的升高,平衡常数不断降低,高温不利于反应的正向移动。

    ②实验研究表明:随着反应时间的增加,反应物的质量不断增加。渣的重量增加是因为水蒸气和FeO被氧化成Fe2O3。气体分析仪分析炉气确认反应过程中有H2产生。

ABSTRACT:China's iron and steel industry energy consumption accounts for 10% —15% of the total energy consumption of a country, at present the main iron and steel production process of ironmaking, steelmaking process, the steelmaking process accounts for about 30% of the whole steel process. In the steel industry carbon emissions account for about 13% of China's total carbon emissions, thus the development of environment-friendly steel smelting process is a serious and urgent problem. At present, most of the iron and steel metallurgical byproducts such as slag, the use of gas, dust, etc. Be as effective as possible. However, many by-products - heat generated in the reaction at high temperatures has not been fully utilized, especially related to the slag heat has been barely used. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the steel industry in the energy recycling technology and capital strength, thereby reducing energy consumption and CO2 emissions in China.   

   The ultimate goal of this study was to develop a new use of converter steel slag waste heat and FeO in the absence of any other energy supply of H2 production technology. In the present study, we first to steelmaking slag utilization and production of H2 summarized recent research in the process of development, through the computer to the steel slag and water vapor reaction thermodynamics calculation, the research on steel slag and water vapor reaction the condition of microwave heating method, get the following conclusion:

   ①The thermodynamic theory analysis: with the increase of temperature, decrease of the equilibrium constant, reaction heat is bad for moving forward.

   ②Experiments show that with the increase of reaction time, increasing the quality of the reactants. The weight of the slag increased due to water vapor and FeO was oxidized to Fe2O3. Gas furnace gas analyzer analysis confirmed that produced in the reaction process with H2.
