摘要:本实验采用气相色谱法测定PVC膜中增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二乙酯(DEP),邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP),邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)的迁移量。样品分别由异辛烷和植物油浸泡, 浸泡液用甲醇定容后进行气相色谱分析。气相色谱采用Rtx-5毛细管柱(30m×0.32mm,0.25μm),FID检测器。在优化的色谱条件下,三种增塑剂的线性范围都为0.0100-1.0000g/L,相对平均偏差都小于3.0%。 关键词:脂溶性溶剂;增塑剂;PVC膜
Abstract: The amount of migration of plasticizer phthalic acid two ethyl ester (DEP), dibutyl phthalate (DBP) and phthalic acid (DOP) in PVC film was determined by gas chromatography. PVC films sample were soaked by fat-soluble solvents (isooctane and vegetable oil). The soaked solution was diluted with methanol and analyzed by gas chromatography. GC analysis were performed on a Rtx-5 capillary column(30m×0.32mm,0.25μm)with a FID. Under the optimized condition, the linear ranges of three platicizers were all 0.0100-1.0000g/L with a relative standard deviation lower than 3.0%. DEHA,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯和二乙酯是PVC塑料中3种常用的增塑剂,因其具有改进塑料柔软性和耐寒性,降低软化温度,改善加工性能等优点,被广泛使用于食品包装的塑料制品中.含有DEHA,二丁酯和二乙酯增塑剂的PVC包装材料随着食物进入人体后,在体内积累会导致畸形,癌变以及神经系统的混乱等疾病,对人体健康带来很大的影响。对增塑剂,国外有着很多规定,比如:2004年欧盟立法规定,所有儿童玩具和用品种禁止使用6种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物,即邻苯二甲酸(2-乙基己基)酯,二丁酯,二正辛酯等等。我国颁布的《食品容器·包装材料用助剂使用卫生标准》规定,禁止DEHA作为增塑剂添加到食品包装用PVC中。因此,对PVC中的DEHA增塑剂的分析研究显得非常重要。对PVC中增塑剂的方法,主要采用超声波或者索氏提取结合气相色谱的方法。 |
