摘要:本论文主要介绍了汽车驱动桥壳体常见的故障检测以及维修的方法。汽车驱动 桥是汽车的重大总成,承载着汽车的满载簧荷重及地面经车轮、车架及承载式车身 经悬架给予的铅垂力、纵向力、横向力及其力矩,以及冲击载荷;驱动桥还传递着 传动系中的最大转矩,桥壳还承受着反作用力矩。汽车驱动桥结构型式和设计参数 除对汽车的可靠性与耐久性有重要影响外,也对汽车的行驶性能如平顺性、通过性、 机动性和稳定性等有直接影响。而作为驱动桥总成中处于支柱地位的壳体基本承受 了驱动桥所承受的绝大部分的力,可以这样说,驱动桥壳体之于汽车而言起到了顶 梁柱的作用也一点都不为过。驱动桥是非易损件,其常见故障主要为壳体的弯曲变 形及裂缝。另外,半轴套管的磨损及裂纹也是构成桥壳故障的一个重要方面。因此, 本文通过对驱动桥壳体的分类以及组成等基本知识的介绍,通过对壳体在工作时的 受力分析、剪力分析、弯曲分析以及疲劳强度的分析找出壳体发生故障的根本原因所在,更能指导我们对症下药,找出汽车驱动桥壳体维修的方法。 关键词:桥壳,工艺,强度,弯矩,检测,维修
Abstract:This paper introduces the common driving axle housing failure detection and repair methods. Automotive drive axle is a major automobile assembly, spring loaded cars carrying the load and ground by the wheels, frame and suspension Unibody given by the vertical force, vertical force, lateral force and torque, and impact loading; drive axle also conveys the maximum torque transmission, axle torque reaction also suffer.
