摘要:本文结合国外现有汽车轮胎压力监测系统(Tire Pressure Monitoring System,TPMS)及其发展趋势,从系统低功耗与小体积特性角度出发,设计与开发独立的轮胎压力监测系统(适用于真空胎),并在此基础上,利用TPMS 检测的轮胎加速度信号,提出了基于数字信号处理技术的新型车载减震检测方法并对其进行了研究。 论文首先概述了汽车电子的发展和现状及其TPMS 的重要性与发展趋势,并对当前比较流行的几种TPMS 系统进行了对比,结合TPMS 中的下位机(安装在轮毅上)特殊工作环境,提出了低功耗、小体积的TPMS 开发方案,在此基础之上,论文从TPMS 系统的要求、整体方案、硬件设计、软件实现和协议制定等几个方面对系统的设计与开发进行了详细阐述,并给出相应的硬件设计原理图和软件流程图。论文从软硬件的角度,对低功耗问题进行了多方位、多层次的重点阐述。 其次,论文阐述了基于数字信号处理技术的新车载减震检测方法的推导及其理论研究与仿真实例。论文首先给出了车载减震检测方法的研究意义,结合现有减震检测方法做出比较与分析;其次,提出能够从TPMS 检测得到的轮胎加速度信号中提取出轮胎因路况而引起的震动加速度信号的理论依据,及其在数字信号处理技术背景下的公式推导;最后给出了在MATLAB 环境下的实例仿真与结果分析。 关键词:TPMS,单片机,传感器,信号处理
Abstract:This thesis is mainly concerned with the system improvement about low-powered and little volume specialty at the base of overseas existing Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) , and developed the new TPMS (only used in vacuum tire) independently. At last, this paper introduced a new measurement method of reducing the vibration of automobile based on digital signal processing. This measure utilizes the acceleration signal detected by Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), and abstracts the vibrated acceleration signal via Digital Signal Processing technology. Firstly, this paper summarized the development foreground and actuality about auto-electronics, mainly summarized TPMS research significance. This paper introduces low-powered and little volume system development precept, by comparing with some exiting TPMS and considering the working environment of Low-MCU in system, and presents system schematic circuit diagram and program flow chart. Secondly, this paper introduces a new measurement means of reducing the vibration of automobile based on digital signal processing. Firstly, this paper presents the research significance by comparing with some exiting measurement methods; Secondly, introduces the theoretic gist and the academic deduction of this means; Finally presents the simulation results under MATLAB environment.
