摘要:利用双螺杆挤出机制备反射膜母粒,让母粒与纯PET直接共混、流延、拉伸制备聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)反射膜。通过反射率、密度及孔隙率、示差扫描量热分析(DSC)等测试方法研究了不同拉伸温度、不同拉伸倍率及无机粒子含量、无机粒子种类对PET反射膜的反射性能、密度及熔点和结晶温度的影响。实验研究表明:拉伸时最佳的温度为105℃;最佳的拉伸倍率为6倍,拉伸倍率过高会使反射膜的反射率降低;无机粒子用量为32%(质量百分数,下同)时,PET反射膜的反射率最高,无机粒子含量低于32%时,得不到较高的反射率,高于32%时,由于粒子的凝聚使反射率下降;二氧化钛(TiO2)做填充粒子的反射效果比硫酸钡(BaSO4)做填充粒子的反射效果好。无机粒子的加入使得反射膜的熔点升高,结晶温度升高。 关键词:反射膜;拉伸工艺条件;聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯;硫酸钡;二氧化钛
Abstract:Using twin-screw extruder to produce reflective film masterbatches. The masterbatches were blended, cast, and tensioned with pure PET resin to produce polyethylene terephthalate (PET) reflective film. Using reflectivity text, density text, porosity text, Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) to discuss the influence of different stretching temperature, different tensile rate and different inorganic particle content, different inorganic particle type to the PET reflective film in reflection, density, melting point and crystallizing temperature performance. Experimental investigation shows that: the best stretching temperature is 105℃; the best tensile rate is 6 times. High tensile rate will lead to the reducing of reflective film. When inorganic particle dosage is 32%(quality percentage, similarly hereinafter), the reflectivity of PET reflective film is the highest, when inorganic particle dosage is below 32%, the reflectivity of PET reflective film is not high, when inorganic particle dosage is more then 32%, as the particles of coherence make reflectivity decline. Using the titanium dioxide (TiO2) as the filling particles, the reflection effect is better then barite ore (BaSO4) as filling particles.
