摘要:木塑复合材料是当代工业基础材料废物利用的最佳科研成果在工业生产上的应用。是一种天然的绿色环保材料,具有强度高、价格低廉等优点,它可广泛运用于包装、建筑等行业,可制成板材、型材、片材等并具有木材的加工优点。 本文研究木粉用量以及偶联剂 KH550用量对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:随着木粉加入量的增加,复合体系的拉伸、弯曲、热变形温度等性能得到改善。采用KH550硅烷偶联剂处理木粉之后,偶联剂发生水解之后生成的硅醇键(-Si(OH)3)与木粉表面的羟基(-OH)发生氢键作用和脱水反应,从而提高了木粉与PVC 的界面相容性,提高了材料的性能。木粉含量对复合材料体系的表观粘度会产生较大影响,复合材料的剪切粘度随着木粉含量的增加而增加,木粉的加入使得复合材料大分子链的无规缠结程度更加强烈,剪切粘度增大,复合材料的流动性能降低。 关键词:木塑复合材料;PVC;木粉;ACR改性剂;硅烷偶联剂;性能
Abstract:Wood-fiber plastics composites is the best application of modern basic waste materials in industrial manufacture. It is also a kind of natural green environmental, which have some characteristics such as high strength, cheap. It can be used in packing and construction industries and can be extruded into board, profile and sheet materials with the same processing merits of wood. However, the compatibility of wood flour and thermoplastic was bad. The paper investigated the influence of wood flour content and coupling agent KH550 content on the mechanical properties of the composites. The results showed that the properties of composite materials such as tensile, bending, impact and heat deflection temperature were improved as wood flour dosage increased. Study found that wood flour content on the apparent viscosity of composite materials will have a greater impact, the shear viscosity of composites with wood flour content increases, reducing the mobility of composite materials. The addition of wood flour composite material makes the random molecular chain entanglement more intense level of shear viscosity.
