摘要:采用接枝聚合方法对PP微孔膜进行亲水改性研究,通过在膜上接枝含亲水性基团的聚合物来降低膜表面的水接触角,改善PP膜的亲水性。本实验采用二苯甲酮和安息香双甲醚作为光引发剂,在紫外光照射的条件下接枝丙烯酸、α-甲基丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酰胺。在控制其他因素不变的情况下,考察单体种类,单体浓度,引发剂种类,引发剂浓度,光照时间等对PP微孔膜接枝率,透气率和吸水率的影响。并对PP基膜和接枝后的膜进行红外光谱,水接触角,差热分析(DSC),TG等测试,比较并分析接枝前后PP微孔膜的表面性能和机械性能变化情况。通过研究可以得出结论:丙烯酸,α-甲基丙烯酸等能成功地接枝到PP微孔膜上;单体种类,单体浓度,引发剂种类,引发剂浓度,反应时间等和膜的接枝率和水接触角都有一定的对应关系;接枝后的膜的水接触角和PP基膜相比有明显的下降;PP微孔膜的热变形性能和机械性能在接枝后没有改变。

Abstract:Study the hydrophilic modification of the polypropylene membrane by grafted polymerization method,make the contact angle of the membrane smaller and the hydrophily better by grafting monomers with hydrophilic groups.This experiment two benzophenone and benzoin dimethyl ether are used as photo initiators,In under the condition of UV irradiation graft copolymerization acrylic acid,α-methyl methacrylate,methyl methacrylate(MMA),acrylamide onto the surface of the membrane in certain conditions.Control the other conditions,inspect the influences of monomer types,monomer concentration,initiator types,initiator concentration,reaction time on the membrane grafting degree,the ventilation rate and bibulous rate.After grafting,test the infrared spectroscopy,water contact angles of the membrane,take the differential thermal analysis,and TG test,comparing all the results with those of the original membrane.Comparison and analysis before and after grafting PP microporous membrane surface property and mechanical properties of the change.We can draw a conclusion through the research:the acrylic and α-methylacrylic acid can be grafted onto the surface of the membrane successfully;there are some relationships between the monomer kinds,the monomer concentration,the initiator kinds,the initiator concentration,Illumination time and the grafting degree,water contact angles;comparing with the original polypropylene membrane,the water contact angle is much smaller;The grafted polypropylene membrane maintains its original thermal deformation property and mechanical properties.
