摘要:本文以顺丁烯二酸酐(MAH)、4-氨基苯甲酸(4-AA)为原料,以N-N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂,以五氧化二磷为脱水剂反应合成N-(4-羧基苯基)马来酰亚胺(CPMA)。 并用红外光谱(IR)、核磁共振光谱(H-NMR)、差示量热扫描仪(DSC)对CPMA的结构进行表征。实验结果表明:顺丁烯二酸酐(MAH)与4-氨基苯甲酸配比1.2:1,反应温度为70℃,反应时间4小时,N-(4-羧基苯基)马来酰亚胺的产率可以达到80%,以工业酒精为溶剂进行重结晶后液相色谱分析可以测得单体纯度为99.72%。 以过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)为引发剂,N-(4-羧基苯基)马来酰亚胺(CPMA)为接枝单体,采用熔融反应挤出法制备了CPMA接枝高密度聚乙烯(HDPE-g-CPMA),讨论了其用量对PA6/HDPE综合性能的影响。结果表明:HDPE-g-CPMA接枝物可显著改善PA6/HDPE体系的相容性,其用量为6‰,PA6/HDPE的质量比为800/200时,综合性能最佳。 关键词:N-(4-羧基苯基)马来酰亚胺;高密度聚乙烯;熔融接枝;力学性能
Abstract:N-(p-carboxyphenyl)maleimide was prepared from maleic anhydride and amino acid with DMF as the solvent and phosphorus pentoxide as dehydrated agent. The structure of the product was characteristiced by IR 、H-NMR and DSC. The experiment results show that : when the ratio of maleic anhydride and amino acid is 1.2:1, the temperature of the reaction is 70℃,the time of the reaction was 4 hours ,the productivity of N-(p-carboxyphenyl)maleimide can reach 80%. Then alcohol recry-stallization purification, liquid chromatographic analysis measured the purity of N-(p-carboxyphenyl)maleimide can reach 99.72%. DCP as the initiator , N-(p-carboxyphenyl)maleimide as grafted monomer , discussed the reactive extrusion process of HDPE molten grafted the monomer . Discuss the different dosage of HDPE-g-CPMA ,to improve the properties of PA6/HDPE alloy. Result show that : the percent grafting is higher, and improve the properties of PA6/HDPE alloy. When the dosage of compatibilizers is 6‰, PA6/HDPE quality for 800/200, comprehensive mechanical performance is the best.
