摘要 超滤炭膜是新型的无机炭膜,随着科技的发展,超滤炭膜已经得到了快速的发展。超滤膜技术正迅速进入工业化实用阶段, 生化、食品等领域由于超滤技术的应用已收到巨大的效益, 但随之而出现了人们最关注的膜污染、浓差极化等问题。由于现今环境问题的加剧超滤炭膜将发挥重要的作用。将溶液涂覆在制作好的陶瓷膜上,烘干,炭化等一系列的步骤后,将制备好的超滤炭膜进行相关测试。得到最佳的制备工艺条件,制备出较好的超滤炭膜。通过R/C和溶液浓度的不同来制备不同的超滤炭膜,考察催化剂浓度、溶液浓度对膜的平均孔径、孔径分布、截留率、水通量和气体透量的影响。并用氮吸附的方法测试膜层孔径结构分布以及比表面积。 关键词:超滤炭膜 制备 膜分离技术
Abstract Carbon membrane ultrafiltration is a new type of new inorganic carbon membrane. With the development of technology, carbon membrane ultrafiltration has been developed very fast。Membrane technologyis rapidly entering the practical stage of industrialization, biochemical, food and other areas of the application of ultrafiltration technology has received tremendous benefits, but along with the emergence of the people most concerned about membrane fouling, concentration polarization and other issues. With today's increasing environmental problems of carbon ultrafiltration membranes will play an important role.
