摘要 气凝胶具有类似于活性炭颗粒(GAC)的多孔结构,因此能作为水中各种溶质的有效吸附剂,在各环境领域有广泛的应用前景。本文利用以正硅酸乙酯为主要原料制取二氧化硅气凝胶颗粒,经过表面疏水修饰后,得到疏水二氧化硅气凝胶颗粒,再利用ASAP2020物理吸附仪测定疏水二氧化硅气凝胶颗粒的比表面积,用电镜观察其表面形态。探讨了改变制备条件对疏水二氧化硅气凝胶颗粒性质的影响。第一,改变加入氨水量,探究不同pH对疏水二氧化硅气凝胶颗粒性质的影响;第二,改变不同表面修饰液的浸泡时间,探究不同表面修饰液的浸泡时间对疏水二氧化硅气凝胶颗粒性质的影响;第三,改变搅拌时间,探究不同搅拌时间对疏水二氧化硅气凝胶颗粒性质的影响。最终制备高比表面积,孔径合适的疏水二氧化硅气凝胶颗粒,初步应用于环境中。 关键词:疏水二氧化硅气凝胶颗粒 pH 浸泡时间 搅拌时间
Abstract Granular activated carbon aerogels with a similar (GAC) of the porous structure, so the water can be used as an effective adsorbent of various solutes in various field of the environment has a wide application prospect. By using TEOS as the main materials of silica aerogels obtained particles through the surface of hydrophobic modification, the hydrophobic silica aerogels particles are then measured using ASAP2020 physical adsorption of hydrophobic silica gas condensate Rubber particle surface area, surface morphology by electron microscopy.
