摘要 超滤是一种分离或者浓缩的分离技术,是在静压差的推动力作用下进行的液相分离过程。它介于纳滤和微滤之间。超滤膜技术正迅速进入工业化实用阶段, 生化、食品等领域由于超滤技术的应用已收到巨大的效益。 本文中,以粉煤灰为原料制备得到支撑体,以RF溶胶为涂膜液,经过浸渍—提拉法制备得到有机—无机复合膜,并在氮气气氛下经过高温热解得到超滤炭膜。将使用不同配方的RF溶胶作为涂膜液,采用不同涂覆时间作为条件制备超滤炭膜,考察这些条件对炭膜表面性状和孔径分布的影响,并通过测定超滤炭膜对氮气、纯水、聚乙二醇溶液的通量对其性能进行表征,并利用低温氮吸附实验分析所制备的超滤炭膜的表面性状和孔径分布情况。 关键词:超滤炭膜 RF溶胶 表征
Abstract Ultrafiltration is a separation or enrichment of the separation technology .It is the driving force in the static pressure difference under the effect of the phase separation process. It ranged between nanofiltration and microfiltration. Membrane technology is rapidly entering the practical stage of industrialization, biochemical, food and other areas of the application of ultrafiltration technology have received enormous benefits. In this paper, the fly ash as raw material by supporting the body, the RF sol as a coating solution, after a dip - Preparation of the organic - inorganic composite film, and in nitrogen atmosphere after pyrolysis carbon membranes by ultrafiltration. Using different formulations of RF sol as a coating liquid, coated with different conditions of preparation time as the carbon membrane ultrafiltration to investigate the conditions on the carbon membrane surface characteristics and pore size distribution and carbon ultrafiltration membranes by measuring nitrogen, pure water flux of PEG solution were characterized its performance and use of low-temperature nitrogen adsorption experiments the prepared surface characteristics of carbon membrane ultrafiltration and pore size distribution.
