摘要:氧化沟工艺是活性污泥法的一种改型,由于其构筑物简单、基建费用省、耐冲击负荷能力强、污泥量少、运行管理方便且处理效果稳定等特点,越来越普遍被作为国内城市污水处理工程的主要选用工艺之一。 现阶段国内常用的氧化沟工艺设计方法有十多种,优化选择适合我国污水处理的氧化沟工艺设计方法和参数是降低工程造价、保证处理效果的重要途径。本工艺选择的是卡罗赛氧化沟。化沟污水处理工艺是在20世纪50年代由荷兰卫生工程研究所研制成功的,投入使用以来,由于其出水水质好、运行稳定、管理方便等技术特点,已经被广泛应用于生活污水和工业污水的治理。卡罗赛氧化沟一般呈环形沟渠状,污水在沟渠内作环形流动,利用独特的水力流动特点,在沟渠转弯处设曝气装置,在曝气池上方为厌氧池,下方则为好氧段,从而产生富氧区和缺氧区,可以进行硝化和反硝化作用,取得脱氮的效应,同时氧化沟法污泥龄较长,可以存活世代时间较长的微生物进行特别的反应,如除磷脱氮。 关键词:氧化沟 卡罗赛 广泛应用 除磷脱氮
Abstract:The oxidation ditch technology is a modified activated sludge system, because of its simple structure, low costs, bearing high organic load, less sludge, convenience in operation and management and stable performance, it’s been used more and more commonly as the one of the main technology of domestic sewage treatment plants. Now there are more than 10 designing of oxidation ditch technology in our country ,it’s an important way to reduce project construction cost, guarantee the treating results by choose the design of oxidation ditch and the parameters suitable for the water treatment of our country. This process selection is the oxidation ditch of carrousel. The oxidation ditch technology is the oxidation ditch wastewater treatment process 50 years in the 20th century by the Dutch Health Research Institute successfully developed, and put into use, because of its good water quality, stable, easy management, and other technical features, has been widely used in sewage And industrial wastewater treatment. The oxidation ditch of carrousel was the ring general like ditches, sewage flows in the ditch for the ring, the use of the unique characteristics of water flow in the ditch turns aeration device, the aeration tank top for the anaerobic pond, the bottom was aerobic, Resulting in oxygen-rich zone and anoxic zone can nitrification and denitrification, to obtain the effect of nitrogen, and oxidation ditch sludge age is longer, you can live a longer generation time of microorganisms to particular reaction, such as Phosphorus and nitrogen removal.
