摘要:20世纪90年代以来,国际上对教师专业化发展的研讨一直是热门话题,教师的教学反思便因此大背景而倍受关注。多年来,语文教学处于不断探索和改革的进程中。随着人们对于教师专业化认识的不断深入,教师专业化发展已经逐步由群体被动的局面转向个体主动的方向。绝大多数教师都由传统的传道授业的形态转变为研究型的反思者。人们逐步认识到,“教学反思”可以促使教师对专业活动有更深入的理解和发现。但与此同时,仍有不少教师面对“教学反思”不想为、不会为、不能为,导致在实际教学当中,出现了很多新的错误倾向。 本文主要采用问卷调查法和实际案例分析研究的方式,对江苏省南通市部分学校语文教师的教学反思现状进行了调查研究。在查阅大量资料的基础之上,根据教师反思的三个视角制定调查问卷,同时,根据本研究的实际需要,与受访学校的部分老师以及相关领导和学生进行访谈,并且进行了实证研究。 本调查研究共分为四个部分。其中:第一部分论述调查研究的背景;第二部分对调查研究结果进行了详细的分析;第三部分简要分析了影响南通市地区初中语文教学反思的主客观因素并且进行详细的分析;第四部分则针对本研究的实际问题提出相应的解决策略。 关键词:教师专业化;教学反思;策略 ;现状;影响因素
Abstract:Since the 1990s, the international discussion on teacher professional development has been a hot topic, the teacher's teaching reflection and attention for this big background. Over the years, Chinese teaching is in continuously explore and reform process. As the the deepening of the knowledge of the specialization of teachers, teachers' professional development has gradually from the group of passive situation to the direction of individual initiative. Most of the teachers are from the traditional knowledge to shape into research of reflection. People gradually recognize that "teaching reflection can make teachers for professional activities have a more in-depth understanding and discovery. But at the same time, there are still many teachers in the face of "teaching reflection" don't want to, not as, not as, resulting in actual teaching, the appearance of many new wrong tendency. This paper mainly adopts questionnaire investigation and actual case analysis research approach, Nantong in jiangsu province part of the school language teacher's teaching reflection present situation has carried on the investigation and study. Based on consulting a large number of data, according to three point of view of teacher reflection questionnaire, at the same time, according to the actual needs of this study, and interviewed some teachers and related leaders of schools and students for interviews, and has carried on the empirical research. This research altogether is divided into four parts. 本文在总结众多理论研究成果并结合实际调查研究的基础上分析得出,教师专业化的发展是教师教育的核心问题。是教师教育改革的出发点和最终归宿。而教学反思无疑是促进这种专业化发展的最佳途径。在新课改过程中,语文教师本应该扮演着重要角色并且承担着许多责任,但根据本文的调查研究发现现实状况不容乐观。通过本文的分析研究,我们发现语文教师要想成为教学自主的教师,就必须努力使自己成长为一名反思实践者。面对教学反思,要做到“想为”、“会为”、“能为”。教学反思是教师专业化成长的必由之路,在国家大力倡导终身学习的今天,教师只有不断进行自我反思、自我更新,才能顺应时代的脚步,才能最终成长为真正的教育者。
