摘要:教育事业的飞跃发展,对教师提出了越来越高的要求。特别是随着素质教育的全面推广和课改逐步深入的今天,学生的心理健康也受到了教师、家长和社会的重视。作为教育者,我们不仅要关注学生对知识的获得,更要关注学生在获得知识时的学习方法与策略、学习情感与态度等。因此,教师要有意识地把心理健康教育渗透课堂教学中,才能更好地帮助学生化解学习困扰,调节和优化心理状态,使学生全心全意投入到学习活动中,从而提高学生的全面素质。这样就提高了对数学教师的要求。 关键词:心理健康; 课堂教学; 新课改; 素质教育
Abstract:The rapid development of education career, puts forward more and more high demands to teacher. Especially with the quality education of the comprehensive promotion and the class changes stepped-up today, students' psychological health is also affected by the teachers, parents and social. As an educator, we should not only focus on the acquisition of knowledge of students, more attention should be paid in the methods and strategies of getting knowledge, studying emotion and attitude. Therefore, the teacher must consciously the psychology health education penetration in the classroom teaching, they can better help students resolve learning distress, adjust and optimize the psychological condition, make students to devote all learning activities, so as to improve the students' comprehensive quality. 青少年教育是如今社会一个重要课题,包括知识技能教育以及心理健康教育。越来越多的学者开始注意青少年的心理健康教育。也有不少教育工作者提倡在教学过程中渗透心理健康教育,并从心理学、教育学、生物学等学科来阐述他们的观点。 小学数学教育,特别是新课程标准下的小学数学教育,对渗透心理健康教育有着积极的意义和作用。所以要求数学教学教师应在教学过程中自觉的、有意识的运用心理学的原理和方法,在授予学生一定的知识、技能以及发展他们智力和创造力的同时,维护和增进学生的心理健康,消除教学设计、评价和管理中一切有害于学生心理健康的不利因素。 |
