摘要:校本培训是目前教师继续教育的重要途径之一,它在实际实施中是否满足教师的职业发展需求已成为衡量其成功与否的重要指标。为了探究小学校本培训的实施现状与本校教师职业发展需求的适切性,研究者对南京市一所小学——N校——的校本培训实施现状进行了调查。调查从两方面进行:一方面通过文献、个别访谈、观察的形式调查N校校本培训实施现状;另一方面以问卷、个别访谈的形式调查N校教师的职业发展需求。调查结果表明:N校被调查的教师对校本培训的内容、形式等有着自身需求,并且这种需求随着教师教龄呈现出一些特点。研究者通过比较N校校本培训实施的特点和该校教师职业发展需求的特点,分析两者的适切性,并提出一些改进建议:制定全面、多角度的校本培训计划;细化校本培训的层次性;建立参与校本培训的激励机制;为教师制定培训档案袋。 关键词: 校本培训 教师职业发展需求 适切性 建议
Abstract:At the moment, school-based training is becoming one of the effective shortcuts for teachers’ continuing education. Whether it can satisfy teachers’ own needs in the implementation process has developed an important yardstick of success. In order to investigate whether school-based training matches teachers’ own needs, the researcher conducted a survey of a primary school. The investigation goes from two aspects: on one hand, investigate the present condition of the school through documents, interview and observation; on the other hand, investigate the teachers’ needs by questionnaire survey and interview. The outcome shows: the teachers have their own needs about school-based training, and the needs take on characteristics coupled with teaching age. The researcher summarize the characteristics of both the present condition of school-based training and the teachers’ needs, thus contrasting the similarities and differences, and making some suggestions:First, formulate overall and multi-angle school-based training plan. Second, refining the levels of the school-based training. Third, establish school-based training incentive mechanism. Last, make training records for the teachers. 基于校本培训的理论内涵,校本培训应该既与学校发展的规划同步,又能够符合教师自身职业发展的需求,二者兼顾才能更有效地体现校本培训的价值。那么,现实中的校本培训是否能够完全满足本校教师自身职业发展的需求呢?针对小学校本培训与教师职业发展需求适切性的个案调查能够给我们带来哪些启示呢?研究者拟在自身学习和文献研究的基础上,结合实习经历及实践调查,从本市一所小学(N校)的校本培训实施情况和教师职业发展需求切入,进行个案调查,以期评价该校校本培训与教师职业发展需求的适切性,并据此从符合教师需求的角度提出校本培训实施的建议。
