摘要：在当今的世界金融体制和经济格局下，一个国家或地区的发展与成长和经济发展水平密不可分。现在，上海正致力于发展成为一个现代化的国际金融中心。由一座城市成长为国际金融中心，需要许许多多的内部条件和外部环境。本文通过对国际金融中心的特征与结构的整理和分析，总结了一些构建国际金融中心的要素，同时通过研究上海如今的情况，讨论上海要通过何种途径来成为国际金融中心。

Abstract：In today's world financial system and the economy, a country or region's development and growth and the level of economic development are inseparable. Now, Shanghai is working to develop into a modern international financial center. The growth of a city as an international financial centre, needs a lot of internal conditions and external environment. In this paper, through the collation and analysis of the characteristics and structure of the international financial center, summarizes some of the construction of international financial center conditions, and according to the existing situation of Shanghai.
