[摘要] 档案信息资源的利用是档案工作者的一项重要工作任务，它是将企业内部静态的档案信息，通过各种渠道和方式，开发和提供给利用者，满足需要的一项档案管理业务。中小企业是推动我国国民经济发展，构造市场经济主体，促进社会稳定的基础力量。特别是当前，在确保国民经济适度增长、缓解就业压力、实现科教兴国、优化经济结构等方面，均发挥着越来越重要的作用。面对激烈的市场环境，中小企业的发展日渐成为社会经济活动普遍关注的焦点，如何更好开发自身档案信息资源，瞄准市场，抓住机遇，成为企业档案工作者不得不接受的重大挑战。
