摘要:现代社会经济的发展对秘书职业有了更多的新要求,赋予了秘书工作更多的新职能。传统的秘书工作以上传下达、综合协调、督促检查、调研信息为基本职能,现代的秘书被要求具有更广泛的知识结构体系、办公自动化运用能力等。在这样的环境下,许多秘书人员基本具备了现代秘书所需要的职业技能与素质要求,同时基于不少用人单位出于种种考虑,选择秘书人员时比较重视年龄等因素,故秘书从业人员中不少人为了追求更广阔的发展前景,选择跨业发展。这是秘书行业从业人员中存在的比较普遍的现象。本文就秘书人员选择跨行业发展的原因及可行性等方面进行初步探讨,希望能对选择跨业发展的秘书更快适应跨业后的工作,从而拥有更好的发展提供一些帮助。 关键词:秘书 跨业发展 可能性 工作内容
Abstract: Modern social and economic development to the secretary have more new requirements, given more new functions.
