摘要:随着现代科技的日新月异,计算机技术已渗透到各个领域,IT产业在市场竞争中越发显示出其独特的优势。与此同时,小型超市发展规模不断扩大,商品品种急剧增加,有关商品的信息量也在成倍增长。超市更加需要增强对各种商品信息的实时统计分析,而销售管理系统在小型超市运营过程中能够准确的对超市进行管理,对商品的进货,商品的销售,商品的库存都能进行实时反馈,而且能够实现对员工的业绩管理,提高其工作效率。 本文通过文献研究、实际调查、数据分析等手段,研究了小型超市销售管理系统的开发背景,并对其运作流程以及市场需求进行分析,设计了适合小型超市发展的销售管理系统。该系统能够实现商品进货,销售,库存,员工信息的实时更新,管理员通过该系统可以了解到进货情况,调节好资金的流动;根据员工销售情况,对业绩好的员工进行奖励,提高其积极性;同时通过查看库存信息,及时进行补货和退货处理,避免出现商品脱货及商品积压的情况。员工通过该系统能够做好商品销售处理,提高营业效率。 关键词:小型超市;销售;管理信息系统
Abstract:With the ever-changing modern technology, computer technology has penetrated into all areas of IT industry shows its unique advantages in market competition, more and more. At the same time, the scale of development of the small supermarket expanding the variety of goods increased dramatically, and also doubled the amount of information of the commodity. The supermarket more need to enhance real-time statistical analysis of a variety of product information, sales management system can be accurate in the small supermarket operators in the supermarket management, and the value of the purchase, the sale of goods, the stock can be real-time feedback, and to achieve performance management, staff to improve their work efficiency. Literature, the actual survey, data analysis and other means to study the background of the development of the small supermarket sales management system and operational processes, and market demand analysis, design a sales management system for small supermarket development.
