摘要:广东的制鞋业曾独领风骚多年,然而,广东发展外销鞋产品贸易高速扩张所依赖的市场经济基础存在巨大缺陷,在早期快速发育成长之后长期未得到有序地建设,自由化过度,组织化不足,而这种制度化缺陷被工业化成就所掩盖,一直未来得及修正和完善。因此,在持续多年的高速增长后,到了今天,鞋产品的大生产、大产量,却并没有带来大收益,只得靠低工资、低价格换来“微笑曲线”时那一点点低回报、低积累。因此,在付出与收获之间不再平衡时,广东在制鞋与鞋贸易方面更是过多的将眼光锁定在利润的获得上,在短期利润与长期价值方面,大多制鞋企业缺乏应有的自信和耐心。因此,广东鞋企有很多还处于一流的设备、二流的产品、三流的品牌状况。所以说,广东鞋产品目前虽具有一定的竞争力,但所创造的价值却不大。所以,广东要成为一个外销鞋产品贸易强省还有很长的距离。 关键词:广东,鞋产品,贸易,竞争力
Abstract:Guangdong’s shoemaking had ever played the leading role for many years; however, the basic of marketing economy which were depended by the development of Guangdong international shoes product trade with high speed expansion still had large defects. Guangdong’s shoemaking hadn’t been constructed orderly after its early fast development; it liberalized overly and was short of regiment while the regularized defect was covered by industrialized achievement, and it was too late for correction and perfection. Therefore even today, the big production and large output had not brought maximum profits, only depended on the low wage and price to exchange with a little low payback and accumulation of “Smile Curve”. So Guangdong shifted its focus more on the profits in the aspect of shoemaking and shoes trade while there was no balance between pays and gains. Most of enterprises of shoemaking lacked the due confidence and patience in the aspect of short-term profits and long-term values. That is the reason why most part of shoes product of Guangdong still has first-class equipment, second-rate productions while third- rate brand state. Even though Guangdong’s shoes products have certain competitiveness, the value it produces is not big. So there is a long distance for Guangdong to be a strong province with export shoes products and trade. Keywords: Guangdong, shoes products, trade, competitiveness
广东是全球鞋业最活跃、最具潜力的地区之一,除了享有得天独厚的地理优势外,良好的投资环境为鞋业的发展壮大提供了有力保障。多年来,广东鞋产品出口占据外贸出口的重要一席。广东省毗邻港澳、对外贸易基础条件好、交通条件优越、劳动力资源丰富,具有发展鞋产品出口突出的比较优势。此外,发展鞋产品出口贸易不仅有巨大的外汇贡献,有利于鞋业结构调整和升级,而且创造了大量的就业机会,对扩宽我省外来民工就业渠道、促进民工增收有着重要的战略意义。在这新的形势下,我们有必要对我省鞋产品出口贸易的现状、存在问题及发展对策进行深入探讨和分析,以进一步扩大我省鞋产品出口,加快广东鞋产品对外贸易发展的步伐。
