摘要：电子商务发展在生活中已经形成了不可替代的另一种必要商务模式了，不论是对人们的生活、工作、学习等都产生了深远的影响。而电子商务的诞生及不断完善的发展对企业的经济效益及风险也产生了一定的影响。通过对当当网电子商务企业进行分析和探究以及对电子商务的模式进行深入了解，增强理论分析的基础，并且收集关于当当网盈利模式的相关资料，对其进行分析及企业基于电子商务模式下的风险进行详细分析和对企业的成功或者转危为安的结果进行分析。

Abstract：Electronic commerce development in life has already formed the irreplaceable another necessary business model, whether for people's life, work, study and so on have a profound influence. And the birth of the electronic commerce and constantly improve the development of the enterprise economic benefit and risk also has certain influence.
