摘要:南通纺织业的发展有着悠久的历史,被誉为“纺织之乡”,纺织品经济一直都是南通的支柱性产业。自从改革开放以来,纺织品企业出口比重不断增加,纺织品贸易货值多年处于领先地位。但近年随着国内外形势的变化,企业出口日趋艰难。本文旨在分析当前南通纺织品企业出口所面临的阻碍与问题,并以“南通神马线业”为例, 探讨企业如何从自身着手,根据形势变化作出调整,来走出当前所处的困境。 关键词:神马线业;出口结构;自主品牌;对策建议
Abstract:The Nantong textile industry's development has the glorious history, by the reputation is “township of the textile”, the textile economy continuously all is Nantong's prop industry.Since the reform and open policy, the textile enterprise has exported the proportion to increase unceasingly, the textile trade exchanges goods value many years to be at the leading position.But recent years along with the domestic and foreign situation change, the enterprise exported day by day difficultly.This article is for the purpose of the hindrance and the question which analyzes the current textile enterprise to export faces, and take “Nantong shenma line” as the example, how the discussion enterprise begins from oneself, makes the adjustment according to the situation change, goes out the difficult position which current locates. 本论文研究的基本方法主要有走访调查法、案例分析法、文献法和经验总结法。这里主要介绍一下三种方法:走访调查法,包括问卷调查、访问调查等。了解事实情况,通过走访、个案研究、测验等科学方式,对南通纺织品企业的出口贸易状况进行有计划的、周密的和系统的了解,并对调查搜集到的大量资料进行分析、综合、比较、归纳,从而得出有效数据。案例分析法:是通过对南通纺织品企业外贸出口的案例探析,为南通纺织品企业制定管理发展方案提供借鉴,从而积极调整产业结构,提高企业的国际竞争力,进一步发展壮大。文献法:分类阅读有关文献得出一般性结论或者发现问题,寻找新的思路,并根据定量和定性分析法逐步分析南通纺织品企业的相关数据。根据数据与实例,综合考虑,探析所存在的问题及其原因,寻找切合实际的解决对策。
