摘要:券商或称证券商，是证券经营机构的简称。券商是证券市场的构成要素之一，是证券行业的主角。作为证券市场的核心组成部分，在当前市场经济条件下，其发展状况的好坏对一个地区国民经济的发展起着非常重要的作用。目前泰州市的券商们正处于一个充满机遇与挑战的时期。在这一时期，如何正确认识券商发展现状？采取怎样的发展对策？已成为券商不可回避而且必须认真研究的问题。本文通过作者在长江证券泰州营业部的实习经历，首先总结概括泰州地区券商的发展状况，主要包括该地区券商的主要类型及其收入构成。然后针对调查结果分析出当前本地区券商经营过程中主要存在存在资本规模偏小，盈利模式单一，管理水平低下等一系列重大问题，最后针对这些问题，提出解决问题的对策建议，以期能够帮助其走上良性循环发展的道路。

Abstract:Broker or securities firm, is short for securities business institutions. Brokerage is one of the factors of the securities market and it is the leading role of the securities industry. As a core component of securities market, in the current market economy condition, the stand or fall of its development for a region plays a very important role in the development of national economy. Taizhou brokers are currently in a period full of opportunities and challenges. During this period, how to correctly understand current situation of the development of a securities firm? What kind of development strategy? Has become a broker unavoidable and must carefully study the problem. Discussed in this paper, the author in the Yangtze river securities business department internship experience, first of all, a summary development of brokerage, taizhou region, mainly including brokers in the region of the main types and their incomes. Then according to the results of the survey analysis of the current regional brokerage business mainly existed in the process of small capital scale, profit model of a single, low management level, and a series of major issues, finally aimed at these problems, puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to solve the problem, in order to help them on the path of virtuous cycle development.
