摘要:在民营企业健康、快速发展过程中企业的劳资关系问题日渐突出。如何协调民营企业劳资关系已成为民营经济发展中的关键问题,在后金融危机时期表现尤其明显。本文从包容性增长视角研究中国民营企业新型劳资关系的构建问题。在理论上,本文阐述了和谐的劳资关系与企业业绩增长之间的相互联系及相互影响,阐明企业管理系统在二者之间发挥促进转化的作用,这为引导企业与员工共同发展、进一步高效地构建和谐劳资关系充实了理论基础;为企业提升企业竞争力、实现可持续发展提供新的理论视角。现实方面来说,随着中国经济体制市场化改革进程的深入,劳资关系已经成为了影响中国经济发展和社会稳定的一个重要因素。在实践过程中,中国劳资关系问题正在成为经济发展过程中不可回避的敏感社会问题,其中民营企业的劳资关系问题更为突出。 和谐劳资关系研究是国内劳动关系研究领域内的重要课题,而本文将之置于包容性增长视角下进行研究。旨在通过对新型劳资关系内涵及影响因素的探讨,民营企业劳资关系发展现状及存在问题的分析,运用定性和定量的研究方法,进而提出转型期我国民营企业新型劳资关系构建思路。 关键词:民营企业;包容性增长;劳资关系;和谐
Abstract:During the process of healthy and speedy development in private enterprises, the issue of labor relations has been gradually standing out. How to coordinate the labor relations in private enterprises has already become a crucial problem to restrict the further development of private economy, especially during the later period of economic crisis. This paper, from the perspective of inclusive growth, is intended to study the establishment of a new labor relation in Chinese private enterprises. Theoretically, this paper describes the interactive connection and mutual influence between harmonious labor relations and promising enterprise achievements as well as demonstrates the impact played by enterprises’ managing systems on facilitating the transformation of both, which will enrich the theoretical basis not only about the common development of enterprises and staff, but also about a more efficient establishment of the harmonious labor relations; and will offer a new theoretical perspective for the promotion of enterprises’ competitive strength and the realization of sustainable development. In reality, with the deepening of reform progress on commercialized Chinese economic system, labor relation has already become an important factor greatly influencing the Chinese economic development and social stability. In the process of practice, the issue of Chinese labor relations is becoming an inevitably sensitive social problem in the process of economic development, especially in private enterprises. The research on harmonious labor relations is a significant subject in the field of domestic labor relations. While this paper studies it from the perspective of inclusive growth, aiming to put forward a system forming idea about the new labor relations in Chinese private enterprises by discussing the connotation and influencing factors of the new-type labor relations, analyzing the current situation and existing problems of labor relations in private enterprises, and adopting the integration of qualitative and quantitative methods.
