摘要:随着经济全球化的到来,人才已成为经济发展的决定因素,人才争夺战正在国际、地区间展开,谁拥有人才,谁就获得竞争优势。而吸引人才的关键在于人才发展环境,从某种意义上说,人才竞争也就是人才发展环境的竞争。本文通过对南京市人才发展环境的现状分析,来研究南京市人才发展环境存在的问题,为改善、优化南京人才环境提出一些建议和措施。 关键词:南京; 人才; 人才发展环境; 建议和措施
