摘要:近年来,我国城市的迅猛发展带动了房地产市场的高速运作,对国民经济和社会发展的作用也在不断加强。房地产是我国的支柱性产业,但居高不下的房价已越来越引起人们的关注,“房价高、住房难”更是成为最大的民生问题和社会问题之一,同时也对居民的生活和城市的发展产生了一定的影响。本文将从中国人口的数量与结构、经济发展带来的城市化、土地的稀缺性、国家利率水平及税收政策等方面来对城市房价居高不下的原因进行研究分析,并对未来房地产市场价格的走势进行预测。 关键词:房地产价格 城市化 土地稀缺性 利率水平 税收政策
