摘要:随着经济全球化的快速发展,各国经济的相互依存度也不断提高,跨国公司为追逐最大的利润,谋求其经济活动的长期稳定快速发展,本土化成为跨国公司推动国际化进程的重要选择。本文明确阐述了跨国公司本土化经营战略的概念,主要分析了跨国公司实施本土化的动因,并着重阐述了本土化的主要实现形式和跨国公司全球化战略的环境下,我国企业所受的影响及我国企业的应对措施。文中认为,我国企业应学习成功的跨国公司在本土化战略中的创新体制和成功的经验,采取积极的应对策略,规避或减轻其负面影响,让我国企业在国际竞争中不断的发展与壮大。

Abstract: Along with the continuous development of economic globalization, the growing interdependence of economies rise ceaselessly, multinational companies have been hunting for maximum profit for its long-term stability and development of economic activities, localization is an important choice to promote the internationalization for multinational company. The concept of this article clearly multinational Localization Management Strategy, the main analysis of the motives of the localization of transnational corporations, and elaborated on the localization of the environment of the forms and multinational globalization strategy, the impact on our country of China's. That China's enterprises should learn from successful multinational companies in the localization strategy in the innovation system and successful experience, adopt a positive coping strategies to avoid or mitigate its negative effects, so that the continuous development of Chinese enterprises in international competition and growth.
