摘 要:随着互联网进入Web2.0时代,视频网站呈现高速发展状态。近年来,视频网站几乎已经成为众多网民网络生活的重要组成部分。与此同时,各种视频网站也面临越来越激烈的行业竞争,尤其是盈利模式的传统和单一,导致大部分视频网站面临发展瓶颈。然而在国内视频网站屡陷经营困境的背景下,乐视网坚持“正版+付费”的盈利模式,取得了良好的业绩,并稳居长视频行业第一。如何找到合适的赢利模式,从而实现盈利,是所有视频网站都关心的首要问题,也是所有视频网站取得较快发展的关键问题。 本文首先介绍了乐视网的发展历程和网站特色;然后对乐视网进行宏观环境分析、消费者分析和竞争对手分析,总结和提出乐视网的赢利模式,最后根据行业发展状况,提出对乐视网未来赢利模式发展的建议。 关键词:视频网站 乐视网 赢利模式
ABSTRACT:With the advent of the Internet into the Web2.0 era, video website presents rapid development state. In recent years, video website has almost become an important part of many Internet users of network life. At the same time, various video sites are also facing increasingly fierce competition in the industry, especially the traditional and single profit model, leading to the majority of video website faces development bottleneck. However, in the management difficult position repeatedly in the domestic video website background, LETV adhere to the "genuine + pays" profit model, and have achieved good performance, and its long video industry first. How to find a suitable profit model, so as to realize the profit, is the primary problem of all video sites are concerned, the key problems of rapid development has also all the video site. This paper firstly introduces the development process and characteristics of the web site LETV; then the music network analysis of consumer analysis and competitor analysis, the macroscopic environment, sums up and puts the music network profit model, finally, according to the development of industry, put forward to the music network future profitability model development suggestions.
