摘要：随着经济全球化脚步的不断加快，企业面临的竞争日趋激烈，企业是否具备国际竞争力成为人们所关注的重点内容。在江苏省，中小企业一直是推进经济社会发展的重要力量，中小企业的发展对增强江苏经济实力、促进经济持续快速发展具有举足轻重的作用。本文在对江苏部分中小企业进行调查的基础上，通过对企业国际竞争力及其相关理论的阐述，进而分析江苏中小企业国际竞争力的现状及存在问题，根据问题分析提出提升江苏省中小企业国际竞争力的对策建议。

Abstract：along with the accelerating pace of economic globalization, enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition, the enterprise whether to have the international competitiveness become the focus of concern content. In Jiangsu Province, the small and medium-sized enterprise has been to promote economic and social development and an important force, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises to enhance the economic strength of Jiangsu, to promote the sustained and rapid development of economy has play a decisive role role. In this paper, some small and medium enterprises in Jiangsu based on the investigation on the international competitiveness of enterprises, based on the related theory, then analyzes the international competitiveness of SMEs in Jiangsu present situation and the existence question, based on the analysis put forward to promote Jiangsu province small and medium-sized enterprise international competitive power the countermeasure proposal.
