摘 要:随着市场的不断细化,企业需要面对市场越来越多个性化的需求,对企业内部运行效率提出了更高的要求,为了能更加适应市场的变化,提高企业内部运行效率,节约资源,企业需要运用管理信息系统等综合知识对日常的企业内部的流程进行设计。本篇论文以此为依据,展开论述了流程管理方法在企业的运用,论文共分为五个部分,包括了目前流程管理的研究情况,流程管理概述,洽洽食品有限公司目前的内部管理流程状况,对该企业流程的问题分析、流程描述、流程设计,和未来展望。 论文主要以洽洽食品有限公司内部的物资采购管理流程出发,以这一个案例为本,运用流程描述的方法,对物资采购的跨职能流程图和节点进行描述,通过分析找出物资采购过程中的不足,然后针对这些不足,对公司的物资采购流程进行优化,描绘出新的流程图,并就对新旧两个流程进行差异性论证和对比分析,从而得出新的流程有利于企业的物资采购更加科学,更加经济,从而给企业带来效益。 关键词:管理流程;洽洽;跨职能流程图
ABSTRACT:With the continuous refinement of the market, enterprises need to face the market more and more personalized demand, put forward higher requirements on the operating efficiency of the enterprise, in order to adapt to market changes, improve operation efficiency, the enterprise internal resources, enterprises need to process using comprehensive knowledge management information system on internal daily business design. This article take this as the basis, discusses the process management method application in the enterprise, the thesis is divided into five parts, including the current research situation of process management, process management, Qiaqia Food Co., Ltd. the internal management process, the business process analysis, process description, process design, and future prospects. The main purchasing management flow internal Qiaqia Food Co. Ltd., in this case as this, by using the method of process description, description of cross-functional process chart and node of the procurement of goods, through the analysis to find out the defects in material procurement process, and aiming at these problems, to optimize the procurement of materials process of company, depict a new flow chart, and analyzes the difference of demonstration and comparison of the old and the new two processes, so that the new process is conducive to business purchasing more scientific, more economical, and thus bring benefits to the enterprise.
