摘要:随着我国保险业的对外开放,国内外保险公司之间的竞争日益激烈。人力资源作为现代企业的一种战略性资源,已成为企业发展的最关键因素。而激励作为人力资源的重要内容,能够激发员工的工作热情,提高员工工作的积极性、创造性。激励的科学与否直接关系到人力资源的运用,关系到企业核心竞争力的提升。如何利用有利的激励机制和更好地发挥激励机制的作用成为业界关注的焦点。本文通过平安保险公司激励机制的研究,分析解释激励机制的方式和作用。本文从我国平安保险公司激励机制的现状出发,研究激励机制存在的问题及成因,并提出完善我国平安保险公司激励机制的对策和建议。帮助保险公司建立正确的保险人力发展模式及系统科学的员工激励机制,从而为中国未来保险行业的发展夯实基础。

Abstract:Along with our country insurance industry opening to the outside world , the insurance company at home and abroad between the increasingly fierce competition . Modern enterprise human resources are a kind of strategic resources, has become the key factor of enterprise development. Incentive as an important content of manpower resource, can stimulate the staff’s working enthusiasm , improve the staff’s working enthusiasm and creativity . Incentive science or not directly related to the use of human resources, in relation to the ascension of the core competitive capacity of enterprises . How to use of the favorable incentive mechanism and better play the role of incentive mechanism industry become the focus of attention . The article through the ping an insurance company incentive mechanism research , analyzed and interpreted the incentive mechanism of way and action.From China ping an insurance company according to the situation of incentive mechanism , incentive mechanism research on the problems and reasons , and put forward the perfect our country’s insurance company incentive mechanism countermeasures and suggestions . Help the insurance company to establish the correct insurance manpower development mode and system science staff incentive mechanism , so as to the future development of China’s insurance industry , laying a solid foundation.
