摘 要:工会在提升员工职业幸福感方面的贡献不可磨灭,工会的努力维护和扶助工作使得员工权益得到切实有效的保障从而提升他们的职业幸福感。本文将从企业员工幸福感的角度出发,以如何真正引导员工认识“幸福”为切入点,分三方面进行探讨论证,得出基层工会组织一要充分发挥工会“桥梁纽带”作用,营造良好工作氛围,加快企业发展;二要充分发挥工会“大学校”作用,营造良好学习氛围,提升员工队伍素质;三要充分发挥工会“职工舞台”作用,营造良好民主氛围,促进员工自我价值实现。

Abstract:The trade unions in improving employee career happiness is cannot be hided . The contribution to the union's work makes careful maintenance and supportment of employees' rights are safeguarded  to enhance their career happiness. This article from the perspective of employees' career hapiness, in order to encourage their employees to understand how to be really "happy" as a starting point to explore three aspects of argumentation, in conclustiatiion,firstly ,trade union organizations should give full play to trade unions "as a link" effect,to create a good working atmosphere, accelerating enterprise development ;Secondly ,we must give full room to trade unions "big school" effect, to create a good atmosphere for learning, improve staff quality ; Thirdly, we must give full play to trade unions' workers stage effect, to create a good atmosphere of democracy, and promote employees to achieve their self-worth.
