摘要:随着市场经济的发展以及企业间竞争的日趋激烈，如何更好的收到培训效果，增加员工知识和技能水平，提高企业的核心竞争力，是每个企业都无法忽视的问题。本文就企业在培训外包过程中的风险和规避风险的措施都进行了深入的分析，具有很高的现实意义。
