摘要：人民币汇率自2005年7月21日起，一直处于升值的趋势。传统经济理论认为，一国货币的汇率变动会对该国的出口贸易产生遏制影响。所以，绝大多数人也误以为，人民币升值必定会对中国的出口贸易产生遏制影响。事实是，我国的出口贸易并没有过多的受到人民币升值的消极影响，其仍然保持增长的趋势。这个现象表明了，上述的传统经济理论推断与我国的现实情况存在了很大差异。了解清楚人民币升值对我国出口贸易产生的具体影响，将对我国应对人民币升值的压力，推进人民币汇率制度改革，妥善处理人民币汇率改革和调节外贸平衡的关系，具有重要意义。本论文主要从价格、竞争力以及各行业状况的角度出发，围绕人民币升值对我国出口贸易造成的影响进行分析，并提出相应的政策建议。

Abstract：The RMB exchange rate has been in the upward trend from July 21, 2005, Traditional economic theory suggests that the monetary exchange rate changes of a country will bring a bad impact on their export trade. Therefore, people always think that the RMB appreciation will bring the disadvantage influence on Chinese exports. However, it is unexpected that China's export trade didn’t have much negative influence for the RMB appreciation, it still keeps growing trend. This phenomenon shows that, these traditional economic theories were different from the reality. We will be more easily to deal with the pressure of RMB appreciation, moreover，we can promote the reform of RMB exchange rate system and handle the relationship between reform of RMB exchange rate and the balance of foreign trade if we can find out the specific impact of RMB appreciation on China’s export trade. It has a great significance. I will analysis the influence of RMB appreciation on China's export trade from prices, competitiveness, as well as the industry. And then, I will propose the appropriate policy recommendations.
