摘要:随着网络技术的发展,BBS论坛为人类群体交流互动提供了新的环境,因而应用越来越广泛。校园BBS论坛同样也方便了大学生之间进行知识探讨、信息交流、放松娱乐。本文旨在探究大学BBS学习讨论区中交互特性和群体特征。通过使用内容分析法和社会网络分析法对“扬帆南师大校园BBS”中的“电脑技术”学习讨论区进行了分析。研究结果表明,该学习讨论区中学习者对新知识的建构大多处于较低阶段,但交互能够得到及时反馈,并且大多数主题帖的发帖者和回帖者能够针对主题进行双向有效的交互,此外,该讨论区的整体网络成员间的联系不紧密,成员参与交互的积极程度不高。笔者建议,要使该讨论获得良好发展,应注重促进讨论区成员间的交互。 关键词:BBS 交互特性 群体特征 内容分析 社会网络
Abstract:As the development of network technology, BBS which has been increasingly widespread has become the new place for people to communicate in Community. Campus BBS, as well, make it more convenient for college students to discuss the academic task, exchange information and relax. This article aims at researching into the Interactive characteristics and Community characteristics in the study discussion area of the campus BBS. By using the method of contents analysis and social network analysis, this article takes a look into the “Computer Techniques” sector of the “Yangfan Campus BBS” of Nanjing Normal University. The result from the investigation of this article suggests that in this study discussion area, learner’s construction of the new knowledge has still being in a low level. However, they can always expect a timely feedback and most of the posters and repliers are discussing efficiently while focusing on the theme. Nevertheless, the members of the whole net are not in a close connection and poorly motivated. The writer suggests that as to reach a better development, the study discussion area has to concentrate on the interactions between the users.
