摘要:信息化是当今社会发展的大趋势,运用以多媒体技术和网络技术为核心的信息技术,有利于拓展人类的创造能力。信息技术在教育领域的应用,使教育思想、教育内容、教育手段、教育模式乃至教育体制都发生了重大变革,对人们的传统学习方式也产生了深远影响,给传统教育模式注入了新鲜活力,为教育信息化的提出奠定了基础。 教育信息化是指在教育过程中比较全面地将信息技术运用到教学活动当中,从而促进教育的全面改革,使之适应信息化社会对教育发展提出的新要求。它的出现和发展有着极强的时代烙印,是和现代科技的发展紧密联系的,已经成为当今世界衡量一个国家综合国力的重要标准。 为了比较全面的了解云南省民族地区中学教育信息化现状,本文以云南省迪庆州民族中学为例,对该中学进行了相关调查研究,包括对学校信息化基本情况、教师信息素养现状、信息技术在教学中的应用、影响信息技术应用的因素的调查。通过对大量数据的分析,发现云南省民族地区教育信息化进程中存在的一些问题,主要有:1.对教育信息化认识不够深刻;2.教师信息素养有待提高;3.学校资源及多媒体设备利用率低;4.学校对教师的信息技术培训力度不够,流于形式;5.学校对信息技术的应用研究不够重视。并根据本州的实际提出了具体的解决策略,主要有:一、提高认识,转变观念。二、提高现有设备利用率,积极更新滞后软件设备。三、探索新型培训模式,提高教师信息化教学能力。四、加大科研力度,促进教育信息化的发展。 关键词:民族地区,中学教育,信息化建设,策略

In order to more comprehensive understanding of ethnic areas in Yunnan province education middle school information present situation, this paper Di Qing Zhou national middle school in Yunnan province as an example, the middle school to the relevant investigation and research, including the school information basic situation, teachers' information literacy present situation, the information technology in the teaching application, the influence factors of information technology application of the investigation.
