摘要:以氯霉素为模板分子,以甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为功能单体,以偶氮二乙丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,以乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EGDMA)为交联剂,采用沉淀聚合的方法,制备出对氯霉素有高选择性的分子印迹聚合物。通过单因素和正交试验对其制备过程中模板分子与功能单体的比例,模板分子与交联剂的比例,聚合温度等影响氯霉素分子印迹聚合物的制备因素以及静态吸附的最佳时间进行了研究。确定了静态吸附的最佳时间为12 h,沉淀聚合制备分子印迹聚合物的最佳工艺条件:模板分子与功能单体(甲基丙烯酸)及交联剂(EDGMA)的比例为1:4:20,聚合温度为60 ℃。 关键词:氯霉素;沉淀聚合;分子印迹聚合物;静态吸附;吸附量
Abstract:With chloramphenicol to be template molecule, with methacrylic acid (MAA) to be functional monomer, with azo diethyl nitrile (AIBN) as initiator and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as the cross-linking agent. Using the method of precipitation polymerization, prepared the molecularly imprinted polymer which have highly selective for chloramphenicol. Based on the factors influencing the preparation of chloramphenicol molecularly imprinted polymer such as the proportion of template molecule and functional monomer, the proportion of template molecule and cross-linking agent, polymerization temperature and the best time for static adsorption by single factor and orthogonal test. The optimum technological conditions of precipitation polymerization of molecularly imprinted polymer: the proportion of template molecule, functional monomer and cross-linking agent is 1:4:20, the polymerization temperature is 60℃.
