摘要:利用双螺杆挤出机制备PET母料,将制得的母粒与纯PET共混、流延、拉伸制备聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)反射膜。通过反射率、密度及孔隙率、光泽度、示差扫描量热分析(DSC)等测试方法研究不同拉伸倍率、不同无机粒子含量及配比对PET反射膜的反射性能、密度、光泽度及热性能的影响。研究表明:拉伸倍率为4倍时,反射率最高,随拉伸倍率的增大,反射率和光泽度都下降;无机粒子的含量为32%(质量百分数,下同)能获得最佳的反射率和较好的光泽度。 本文重点考察无机粒子总量为32%时,二氧化钛(TiO2)与硫酸钡(BaSO4)配比对反射膜性能的影响。研究结果表明:当其配比为3:1(质量百分比,下同)时,PET反射膜的反射率最高, 关键词:PET母料;反射率;二氧化钛;硫酸钡
Abstract:Using twin-screw extruder to produce the masterbatches of polyethylene terephthalate, the prepared masterbatches can be blended with pure PET, cast, and stretch to produce the reflective film of polyethylene terephthalate(PET). Researching on different stretching ratio, different inorganic particle content and proportion on the reflective properties, density and thermal properties of the reflective film of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) through the test method of reflectivity, density and porosity, gloss and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and so on. The study show that: when the stretching ratio is 4, the reflectivity will be the largest. With the increase of stretching ratio, the reflectivity and glossiness will decline obviously; the lowest thickness of reflective film is 188 μm; the optimum reflectivity can be obtained when the inorganic particle content is 32% (mass fraction similarly hereinafter). This paper makes a study of the influence of the ratio of titanium and barium sulfate on the performance of reflective film when the total inorganic particle content is 32%. The results show that: the reflectivity of reflective film is the largest when the ratio is 3:1. Key words:Masterbatch of Polyethylene Terephthalate; Reflectivity; Titanium Dioxide; Barium Sulfate
