First, politeness is the embodiment of civilization, and in the process of dealing with people, each person wants to be polite. Politeness not only meets this need of the people at the same time, but also meets the people's self-esteem. 

Second, being polite or not, only is not personal thing, also is not unimportant things, which is shown that whether a person has moral cultivation, affecting the quality of interpersonal relationship and social atmosphere, and concerning the relationship between the state and national dignity.

Politeness is the premise of civilization communication. Stressing civilization and being polite are the basic quality of being a man. 

Sixth, in interpersonal communication and social life, modest and respectful behavior is the necessary conditions about mutual respect, effective communication, enhancing friendship and improving their own attractiveness.
