As a kind of special letter of commercial activity, the requirement of the style of business English correspondence is different from that of ordinary letters. This difference is manifested in three aspects: vocabulary, syntax and structure. (LiaoYing, Mo Zaishu,2005). From the lexical level, English business letters use more professional jargon and abbreviations. From the syntactic level, the writer often uses simple sentences in order to transfer the information quickly and concisely; the influence of politeness principle, more use of easy to understand declarative sentence; when the writer wants to get some information from the other side, often use some rule interrogative sentences, for example: Could/Would you please... In the aspect of text structure, business English letters usually include three parts, the first, the main body and the end. However, for different types of business letters, the content of the organization is not the same. Generally speaking, in the passing to the reader the good news and the daily news, often use deductive method of three sections: the opening theme highlighted, the text carries on the detailed explanation and explanation to the topic, ending echo or subject to future oriented end language (Song Qingtao, 2013). The indirect induction method is used in the delivery of bad news, which means using the five paragraphs in the letter: buffer statement, explanation, bad news, remedy and polite conclusion (Li Shuping, 2012).
