内容提要：本文为川网国际花园21#楼工程量清单计价文件编制。该毕业设计的主要过程和内容是：“首先看图纸，大致做到对建施和结施的了解，再到施工现场分析理论与实际是否相吻合；接着就是到了计算工程量的时候，项目与相应定额项目在项目名称、项目编码、项目特征、工程内容、计量单位、计算规则上要吻合；工程量计算精度应统一；应避免少算、错算、多算、重复等；尺寸取定要准确。熟悉算量和计价软件，接着就是计算该项目的工程量和价”。具体情况如下：了解房屋基本情况，了解施工图纸；用广联达输入工程信息；查阅11G101-1图集，查阅本工程各构件的钢筋布置，再到施工现场了解实物；使用广联达钢筋算量（CAD导图识别技术），计算本工程各构件的钢筋用量；将广联达钢筋算量合并到广联达土建算量，按照构件绘图步骤计算出该工程的工程量： --墙体工程—门窗工程—柱—梁—板—楼梯—装饰装修—土方工程—基础工程--其它工程；将算出的工程量进行汇总，然后用广联达计价软件进行组价，最后编制清单计价文件。 关键词：图纸 广联达算量 计价软件 工程量
Abstract:In this paper, the construction of the International Garden 21# building engineering quantity list pricing document preparation. The graduation design process and the main content is: "first look at the drawings, generally do to understanding of jianshi and node, and then to the construction site analysis of theory and practice is consistent; then is to calculate the engineering quantity, items and corresponding quota items in the project name, project code, project characteristics, project content, units of measurement, calculation rules should be consistent; engineering quantity calculation accuracy should be unified; should avoid too small, calculations are right, too much, repetition; size must be accurate. Familiar with the calculation and valuation software, and then calculate the amount and price of the project". The details are as follows: to understand the basic situation of housing, understand the construction drawings; with glodon input project information; consult the 11G101-1 atlas, the layout of reinforcement to refer to each member in the project, and then to the construction site to understand the real; using reinforced glodon count the amount (CAD map identification), calculated for each member in the project will be reinforced glodon reinforcement; the amount of incorporated into civil glodon count the amount, in accordance with the component drawing steps to calculate the engineering quantity: - wall engineering - Engineering - column - beam - Window - plate stair Decoration - earthwork foundation engineering -- other projects; work out project summary, then the price for the enterprise valuation software group finally, the preparation of the inventory valuation file.
