[摘要] 本文以对IT企业核心员工激励机制的研究为主题,分析了目前IT企业对核心员工通常采用的激励方式与策略,从而进一步指出了现有激励理论的局限性,以及现有IT企业激励措施中存在的问题,并通过对激励机制基础的分析以达到更加了解激励理论的目的。本文首先对IT企业核心员工进行了界定,通过对核心员工的需求分析,设计了一系列针对IT企业核心员工的激励机制。同时,通过外部环境营造良好的工作氛围,从而达到激励的目的。IT企业目前正处在机遇与挑战并存的时代,建立适合企业自身发展的激励机制,对保持企业能够持续、稳定、协调、快速的发展有一定的实际意义。 [关键词] IT企业;核心员工; 有效激励;人力资源开发
[Abstract]: This article’s research topic is the motivational mechanism of the core staff in IT enterprises and analyzes the general motivational methods and tactics of IT enterprise for the core employees, and then points out the limitations of the existing motivational theories and the problems existed in existing enterprises. This article also motivate the basis of the analysis in order to know more about the morale of the theory. Firstly, This article defines the core staff of IT enterprises, and designs a series of core incentives for IT staff through the analysis to the needs of key employees. Meanwhile, create a working atmosphere through the external environment as to achieve the purpose of incentive. IT companies now in the era of opportunities and challenges, the establishment of appropriate incentives for their own development, to maintain the business can be sustained, stable, coordinated and rapid development have some practical significance.
